Subscription Policy
Optional Service
Subscribing to a Monthly Refill plan is entirely optional. Customers may choose between a one-time purchase or a subscription plan before completing checkout.
Confirmation
Once you subscribe, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the details of your subscription and your first order.
Management and Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time before the next refill order is generated by:
- Clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation or reminder email, or
- Contacting our support team for assistance.
Please note: Cancellations made after a new order has been created will not be accepted, as the order is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.
Automatic Renewals
Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order based on the chosen subscription frequency (e.g. every 30 days).
The payment method provided during subscription will be charged automatically for each renewal, unless the subscription is cancelled in advance.
No Cancellation After Order Creation
Once a new refill order has been created in our system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as fulfillment begins automatically.
Valid and Final Orders
All orders generated through an active subscription are considered valid, authorized, and final.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that each renewal will result in a new order and charge, unless cancelled beforehand.
Shipping and Delivery
Subscription orders are shipped and delivered under the same terms as regular orders.
Any shipping delays or courier issues do not constitute grounds for subscription cancellation.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update the terms of this Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy at any time.
Any changes will apply to future renewals, not to past or active orders.
